These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Masaris Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the https://rentofy.in/ website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms. If you do not agree with all these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

The Services can be purchased through various methods of payment offered. The purchase of Services shall also be governed by specific policies of sale, such as subscription fees, payment and refund policy, cancellation policy, etc.
Eligibility
You hereby represent and warrant to Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and are competent to enter into a valid and binding contract As per the provisions of Indian Contract Act 1872, apart from being capable of performing and adhering to these Terms & Conditions. Individuals under the age of 18 may use the Service of the site only with the involvement and guidance of their parents and/or legal guardians, under such a parent or legal guardian's registered account. You agree to register prior to uploading any content and/or comments and any other use or services of this site, providing your details including but not limited to full name, age, email address, residential address, and contact number.
Subscription Fees
The applicable rate of the Subscription Fees for the Service provided shall be as mentioned on the "My Subscriptions" page or as may be prescribed by Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from time to time. Liability for the Subscription Fees shall accrue from the Date of Commencement. All individual Users who access or make postings of information on the Site for the purpose of buying property shall be exempt from the application of this clause unless there is a change in policy at the discretion of the Company.
Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment for the services offered shall be on a 100% advance basis. Payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable, and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2. The User acknowledges and agrees that Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd., at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies under applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by the user to the Company under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other services.
3. Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Subscriber's card/bank accounts. This is due to the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing online transactions, the current problems with Internet infrastructure, and the working days/holidays of financial institutions.
4. Masaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to cancel/stop any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode. The cancellation charges payable to the User shall be at the applicable rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy.
User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
User Registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, at our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment;
Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Applicable taxes will be added to the price of bookings as required. All payments shall be in INR.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
User-Generated Contributions
The Site does not offer users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated in accordance with the Site Privacy Policy. 5. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
6. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
7. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
8. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
10. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
11. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
12. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
13. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation. Any use of the Site or the Marketplace Offerings in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site and the Marketplace Offerings.
Contribution License
You and Site agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Site, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. Term and Termination
These terms of use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the site. Masaris Technologies Pvt Ltd shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.
